Add AI bookmarks group and second Dockhand instance

New AI bookmark group with OpenAI and OpenRouter links. Proxmox Dockhand now points at its proper hostname instead of the raw IP:port, and a second Dockhand tile was added for the IONOS host.
Move Mail-Archiver from Apps (SSO) to Apps
